Starfall 是在2002年經營將近20年的免費英文學習網站，由Starfall.com基金會為公益捐贈建立，尤其 英文學習網站 針對小朋友學習發音幫助很大，網站上提供的免費學習資源，裡面有各種不同卡通圖像的學習方式，讓小朋友學習起來也更有興趣，尤其是在 英文繪本故事書 ，更是值得推薦英文初學者學習。
