Twister is a classic physical skill and party game. The equipment consists of a large plastic mat spread on the floor, featuring colored circles (red, yellow, blue, and green), along with a spinner board.
How to play: The spinner dictates where players must place their hand or foot (left hand, right hand, left foot, or right foot) on a specific colored circle on the mat.
Rules: As the game progresses, players become physically entangled, testing their balance and flexibility. A player is eliminated if they fall over or if their elbow or knee touches the mat. The last person standing wins the game.
Twister（扭扭樂）是一款經典的肢體派對遊戲。遊戲配件主要包含一張印有紅、黃、藍、綠四種顏色圓圈的大型塑膠地墊，以及一個帶有指針的轉盤。
玩法： 轉動轉盤後，指針會指示玩家必須將左手、右手、左腳或右腳，放在地墊上特定顏色的圓圈內。
規則： 隨著遊戲進行，玩家的四肢會逐漸交疊，身體必須扭曲來達成指令，非常考驗平衡感與柔軟度。如果玩家的膝蓋或手肘觸碰地墊，或是失去平衡跌倒，就會被淘汰。堅持到最後沒有倒下的玩家即為獲勝者。
